Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with 77cx

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "77cx" / "Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the 77cx online gaming platform accessible at 77cx.bet and all associated sub-domains, mobile applications, and related services.
• "User" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 77cx platform in any capacity, including as a registered account holder or a guest visitor.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a User upon completing the 77cx registration process.
• "Services" means all products and services made available through the 77cx platform, including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, slots, promotions, and the cashier.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means a stake of real-money funds placed on any game outcome or sporting event through the 77cx platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any credits, free spins, cashback, or promotional value credited to your Account by 77cx under a promotional offer.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by you into your Account using a supported payment method such as JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or Raast.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification — the process by which 77cx verifies your identity, age, and payment method ownership in accordance with international regulatory requirements.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency of the 77cx platform.

Access to the 77cx platform and its Services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or any other legal entity.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number or email address.
• You may hold only one (1) registered Account on 77cx at any time. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of 77cx, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to self-exclusion on the 77cx platform or any other gaming platform with which 77cx has a reciprocal exclusion arrangement.
• You must access the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law, and it is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.

77cx reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification (such as a CNIC, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested by 77cx may result in Account suspension pending verification.

As a registered Account holder on 77cx, you accept the following obligations as conditions of continued access to the platform:

• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. 77cx will never contact you to request your password.
• Unauthorised Access: You must notify 77cx support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. Contact us via live chat or at [email protected].
• Accurate Information: You must promptly update your Account information if any of the details provided at registration change, including your contact number or residential address.
• Single Account Requirement: You must not operate more than one Account. If you have forgotten your login credentials, use the Account recovery function rather than creating a new Account.
• Personal Use Only: Your 77cx Account is for your personal use only. You may not allow another person to operate your Account on your behalf, and you may not operate an Account on behalf of another person.
• Truthful Representations: All information you provide to 77cx — whether during registration, KYC verification, bonus claims, or support interactions — must be truthful and accurate. Misrepresentation is grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of funds.

All financial transactions on the 77cx platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension and return of funds.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. 77cx reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• A minimum deposit amount may apply and is displayed in the 77cx cashier at the time of transaction. Minimum withdrawal thresholds also apply and are subject to change.
• 77cx reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting source-of-funds documentation for large transactions in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Deposits made in error or reversed by the payment provider may result in negative Account balances, for which the User remains liable.
• 77cx is not responsible for delays caused by the User's bank, mobile wallet provider, or third-party payment processor.

77cx offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Account holders. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible Users only. Eligibility criteria — including minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and geographic limitations — are stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before Bonus Funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and applicable multipliers are stated clearly on each promotional offer.
• Bonus Funds may not be used to wager on certain game types. Games excluded from bonus wagering are identified in the promotion terms or in the 77cx game lobby with a designated indicator.
• The creation of multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to do so will result in cancellation of all bonus balances and permanent suspension of all associated Accounts.
• 77cx reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that existing active bonus balances with ongoing wagering requirements will not be retroactively voided without reasonable cause.
• Bonuses are issued in good faith. 77cx reserves the right to reclaim any bonus credited in error, to a User who does not meet the eligibility criteria, or where the bonus was obtained through fraudulent means.
• Winnings derived from free spins, cashback, or no-deposit bonuses may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap as stated in the individual promotion's terms.

The following rules govern all wagering activity conducted through the 77cx platform, including casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, and any other product offered now or in the future:

• All bets placed on 77cx are final once confirmed. 77cx does not accept requests to void, reverse, or cancel bets after confirmation except in cases of verified technical error on the part of 77cx.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a game session, 77cx's system records will be the definitive reference for determining the outcome of any disputed round or wager. Where a round cannot be completed due to a technical fault attributable to 77cx, the affected stake will be returned to the User's Account.
• Minimum and maximum wager limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game or betting market and may vary by game type, User tier, and promotional period.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the point of confirmation are the odds that apply to your wager. 77cx reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds due to technical errors or data feed failures.
• 77cx reserves the right to limit, restrict, or close the Account of any User whose betting patterns suggest match-fixing, arbitrage exploitation, or any form of irregular wagering behaviour.
• Live casino game results are determined by physical game elements — cards, roulette wheels, dice — operated by certified live dealer studios. 77cx is not responsible for human dealer errors; such disputes are handled by the supplying studio's own dispute resolution process, with 77cx acting as intermediary on the User's behalf.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77cx platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Creating more than one Account, or using another person's Account without their documented consent.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or at any other point of interaction with 77cx.
• Using any software, algorithm, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the 77cx platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage or circumvents platform controls.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the platform cashier. Any winnings obtained through a verified platform error are not considered legitimate and will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the 77cx cashier to cycle funds with minimal or no genuine wagering activity.
• Colluding with other Users in multiplayer games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than legitimate personal entertainment.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 77cx support staff or other platform Users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent geo-restrictions, self-exclusion settings, or account verification requirements through the use of VPNs, proxy services, or other technical means.

All content on the 77cx platform — including but not limited to the 77cx brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, promotional material, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of 77cx or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 77cx platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercialise any 77cx content.
• You must not use the 77cx brand name, logo, or any other platform content in any manner that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or partnership with 77cx without prior written consent.
• Third-party game titles available on 77cx are the intellectual property of their respective developers and studios. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77cx's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is subject to the following limitations:

• 77cx does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, and third-party service failures may affect availability.
• 77cx shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including lost profits, lost winnings, or loss of data.
• 77cx's total aggregate liability to any single User in connection with any claim arising from platform use shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.
• 77cx is not responsible for losses attributable to your own decisions, wagering choices, or any external factors including internet connectivity issues on your end.
• Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 77cx's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Either you or 77cx may terminate the relationship governed by these Terms at any time, subject to the following provisions:

• Voluntary Closure: You may close your 77cx Account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed to the payment method on file. Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.
• 77cx-Initiated Suspension: 77cx reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account immediately and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe a User has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the platform or other Users.
• Consequences of Termination for Cause: Where an Account is closed by 77cx due to a breach of these Terms, 77cx reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, balances associated with the breach may be forfeited. Real-money deposits not directly associated with the breach will be returned subject to AML verification.
• Regulatory Instruction: 77cx may suspend or close Accounts upon instruction from a licensing authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction without liability to the User.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which 77cx holds its gaming licence. In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the following process applies:

• Formal Complaints: If the matter is not resolved informally, you may escalate your complaint in writing to the 77cx compliance team. A formal written response will be issued within 14 business days of receipt of the escalated complaint.
• Independent Arbitration: If the formal complaints process does not produce a satisfactory resolution, the dispute may be referred to an independent arbitration body as specified by 77cx's licensing authority. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
• No Class Actions: Any dispute resolution shall be conducted on an individual basis. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action or collective proceeding against 77cx.

77cx reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 77cx will notify registered Users via:

• A prominent notice displayed on the 77cx homepage or within the User's Account dashboard upon next login.
• An email notification to the address registered on the Account, where available.

The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Continued use of the 77cx platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 10.
